A sensual, grounding Nordic self-care ritual designed to slow the nervous system, awaken the senses, and reconnect you with your body through heat, scent, touch, and nature.

This experience begins with a short guided arrival — breathwork to settle the mind and bring awareness into the body. From there, you’ll craft your own aromatic coffee scrub using natural ingredients such as freshly ground coffee, nourishing oils, and optional essential oils inspired by Nordic landscapes — pine, eucalyptus, citrus, or lavender. As you mix, you set an intention for release, renewal, or restoration.

Once prepared, the group transitions into the sauna. The warmth softens muscles, opens pores, and allows the body to fully exhale. Between heat rounds, guided breathwork supports circulation and grounding, helping you drop out of “doing” mode and into presence.

At the peak of warmth, you step outside into fresh Nordic air for a guided scrub ritual. The coffee exfoliation stimulates the skin, boosts blood flow, and leaves the body smooth and energized. After scrubbing, you can choose a refreshing cold swim or rinse — an invigorating contrast that awakens the senses and enhances the ritual effect.
